The mission of New Mexico Wine Growers Association is to promote the wine industry of New Mexico at all stages from vineyards to retail; through marketing, education, legislation and community outreach.

 

What We Do

The New Mexico Wine Growers Association is a nonprofit organization designed to support the wine industry of New Mexico. Established in 1991, with 10 original members, NMWGA has seen tremendous growth in its membership and the industry.

At the moment, we have 42 commercial wineries/tasting rooms operating within the state with more on the way.

Who We Are

The structure of NMWGA is a 7 member Board of Directors, an Executive Director and an Executive Assistant hired by the association. Board members are elected by the membership for 2 year terms. 5 officers are chosen within the Board.
