
La Chiripada Winery, family owned and operated, has grown grapes and produced award-winning wines since 1981. Ten acres of vines are grown at the winery in the Embudo Valley (50 miles north of Santa Fe, 25 miles south of Taos).
The wines range in style from dry barrel-fermented whites to delightfully fruity picnic-style wines, and cellar-quality reds. Visitors are welcome at the tasting room in the winery in Dixon or at the Taos Plaza store. Sample award-winning wines and browse the family-produced art and pottery in the gift shop.
