Passport Program Rules and Guidelines

The New Mexico Wine Passport is a new and rewarding way to get the most out of your visit to New Mexico’s wine country! Whether you are a native or visiting the beautiful Land of Enchantment, your passport will introduce you to exquisite tradition and beauty in the oldest winemaking state in the country.

Below are instructions and guidelines on how to use your New Mexico Wine Passport while you enjoy your tour through New Mexico’s wine country.

Pick up a New Mexico Wine Passport at any participating New Mexico winery.

Once you have obtained a New Mexico Wine Passport, visit any New Mexico winery and make a minimum of a $10.00 USD purchase and request a stamp. Place your stamp into the designated watermarked areas of your Passport booklet.  You can receive only one stamp per person per visit with your purchase.

Go online to www.nmwine.com and register your contact information including your first and last name, complete mailing address, email address, and be sure to check the 21 and over box.

Once registered, you will be able to enter the code located on your stamp. As you collect more stamps, log back in to the website and enter the new codes. The online system will track your progress and record the wineries you have visited. Each winery location will only count once toward your progress toward prize levels; however those stamps can still be entered and tracked online.

There are 6 levels within the program.  You must earn 8 stamps to reach each level, in which you will be eligible for a prize. Each Passport book has 4 spaces for 4 stamps.  Once you have filled one, visit another New Mexico winery and ask for a new passport to continue. For every 2 passport books filled, a prize will be awarded.  The more passports you fill, the closer you are to the Grand Prize.

There are a total of 47 stamps to collect.  This includes one of the three Wine Festivals. Only one prize per participant will be provided based on the levels determined.

Prizes are based on availability, season and winery participation. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes, along with any applicable gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the reward winner(s).

Prizes listed and shown are subject to change at any time.

Please allow 5-6 weeks for processing and shipping of any reward.
